Update for the L&L TSG V4 400 lift door drive

Langer & Laumann offers more than 500 different conversion kits for the repair or modernisation of lift doors. An update has now been launched: the TSG V4 400 lift door drive for Rathgeber wire ropes.

Langer & Laumann has optimised the TSG V4 400 lift door drive for Rathgeber wire ropes. The aim is to facilitate unproblematic modernisation of all Rathgeber wire rope door drive types.

This optimisation includes modified angles, for instance. A glance at the attached illustration shows the specific improvements, such as the tried-and-tested top hat sections, which facilitate fast installation.

Recommended additional components

The company recommended the "TSG connection set reversing contactor" for fast electrical connection. This does not require any intervention in the lift control.

The electronics are connected to the existing contacts of the remaining reversing contactor instead of the old motor. The device evaluates the rotation direction set, generates from this the closing or opening signal and passes it on ready-to-use to the door controller.
