Donati: New branch, new director

Henrik von der Osten-Sacken recently took charge of the branch of Donati for the Germany-Austria-Switzerland region.

Donati – according to its own information, the European market leader in spare parts business for lifts and escalators – opened its first German branch in Karlsruhe in June 2022.

The 48-year old von der Osten-Sacken worked for over 20 years in the cycling sport sector and then collected nine years of experience in the field of lift spare parts.

Modern logistics capacities

The company, established in 1963, and specialised in lift and escalator spare parts, is based in Milan and has branches in Rome, Turin, Florence, Paris and Dubai.

Donati has set itself the goal of supplying European customers within 24/48 hours. To this end, modern logistics capacities (more than 8,000 m2), a large warehouse with more than 14,000 articles for lifts and escalators and an online shop are available.
