New tool for managing lifts
es2000 Errichter Software GmbH is offering lift builders a tool to map several lifts in one order with its “Extended lift management”.
Each lift represents an individual system with its own components and associated spare parts. Thanks to the digital assistance of the "Extended lift management", companies that specialise in modernisation, service and maintenance in lift building can group several lifts in one order, according to a press release of es2000 Errichter Software GmbH.
This improved clarity and ensured ideal lift maintenance in combination with the "spare part management". The extension for the ERP solution "eserp" in its new 2.0 version supported users in "even more efficient management" of the challenges related to lift management.
Suggestions for installation
Technicians can make an immediate assessment on a mobile device of the existing lift on the spot and consult the article database at any time. Particularly practical from the point of view of es2000: the software suggests how selected articles are to be installed – as component, spare part or accessory.
Additional work and materials can be recorded on a mobile device as a supplement or as an offer item in the context of an order. This gives the field service far more freedom to act; for the back office, additional fault corrections or additional services are for example recorded as offer items.
