New management at Bode Components

Uwe Wiemer and Volker Trein have formed the new management team at Bode Components in Dusseldorf since the beginning of March.

Guntram Hintzsche handed on the management baton to Uwe Wiemer. He has been working in the components field since 2000, also in the lift sector. Wiemer was previously an international business development manager and sales department head for switch and sensor technology at Bernstein. The previous areas of responsibility of the 57-year old mechanical engineer included not only product management, but also sales and marketing.

Volker Trein has taken over the technical management at Bode Components. The 50-year old control technician was previously also employed at Bernstein as sector manager for lifts and escalators. Trein has been working in different positions in lift technology for 20 years. He was able to develop his basic knowledge in lift technology in the after-sales service at Böhnke Partner and in technical sales at Schmersal.
