Change at EdmoLift
On 28 February 2025, Anders Wahlqvist, EdmoLift's CEO, will retire after 35 years. To guarantee a smooth transition, Jonathan Grip will assume the role of CEO while Tomas Edmo becomes Deputy CEO.
Anders Wahlqvist took on the position in 1989. During this time, EdmoLift has grown from a turnover of 20 million SEK and 16 employees to today's almost 300 million SEK and 118 employees.
From now on, Jonathan Grip will take over as CEO of EdmoLift AB, while Tomas Edmo will become Deputy CEO. Anders Wahlqvist will work as Senior Corporate Advisor until the end of February, thereby supporting a smooth transition to the new leadership.
Strategic partnership with UpDinamic
Jonathan Grip comes from the Chief Business Development Officer role but has worked closely with the development of the entire company as a management team representative. Tomas Edmo has worked within EdmoLift for the past 30 years and, more recently, in business development.
EdmoLift is a producer of scissor lifts, pallet handling technology and products for material transport. EdmoLift entered into a strategic partnership with UpDinamic in 2023, a manufacturer specialised in cargo lifts.
