Kübler: Innovative medium-sized company for the fourth time

In 2022, the Kübler Group is once again one of the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany for the fourth time in a row according to WirtschaftsWoche.

The Munich Strategy consulting firm drew up a ranking of 4,000 German companies on behalf of the magazine. Kübler came in at place 48. "The winners are distinguished by a high degree of adaptability, clever concepts to combat the shortage of personnel - and sustainable ideas for the climate, according to Wirtschaftswoche.

Confirmation of corporate culture

"The award is a confirmation of our corporate culture, our values and our strategy based on them," noted Gebhard Kübler, one of the two managing partners of the family-owned company. Among other things, the strategy included the "innovation marathon" that began back in 2014. Since then, the product range had been greatly expanded.

Kübler specializes in position and movement sensors (including encoders), slip rings and transmission technology for both meters and process equipment. The Kübler Group employs over 500 people worldwide. The share of exports is 75 percent. In 2022, the Group’s sales should be approximately 90 million euros. About 15 percent of the employees in Germany work in R&D.
