Josep Monroig switching to Poland

The Fermator Group has transferred Josep Monroig to its subsidiary Enginova in Poland. The intention was to boost business activity and global presence.

"We are confident that with his extensive experience and leadership qualities, Josep Monroig will make an important contribution to our activities in Poland," stated Eduard Amigó.

For the Global Commercial Director of the international manufacturer of automatic lift door systems, the move marked an important step in the growth strategy of Fermator. The transfer is in harmony with the strategic decision of the management to reinforce the operational and commercial capacities of the factory in Kutno (located about 150 km west of Warsaw).

Closer cooperation with the local team and customers

According to a press release, Josep Monroig was a key figure in the business activities of Fermator and contributed extensive experience and knowledge of the market and business development. He had had a leading role in the development and positioning of the trading offices in Sweden and Germany.

His switch to Poland was intended to promote closer cooperation with the local team and customers, who were served mainly by the factories in Germany and Eastern Europe.

Before the change in location, Josep Monroig had coordinated the production and distribution centres of Fermator. He will continue to perform this task. However, his previous role as Key Account Manager for TKE is to be reassigned.
