Digital spare part procurement meets innovation

News

Hauer will be introducing its new webshop and the new products of its premium partners and longstanding suppliers at the interlift.

Punctually for the trade fair, Hauer will be presenting its optimised one-stop shop for lift and escalator spare parts. According to the company, the new "elevatorshop" offered improved services and usability. This could be tried out directly at the trade fair stand on the touchscreen display.

"Our ‘elevator shop’ combines leading brands such as Schindler, Kone, TKE, Otis and many more," explained managing director Petra Leonhardt. Hauer had made important expansions to make the shopping experience even simpler and more efficient for their customers.

Ordering now required fewer clicks; the availability and ancillary costs of the articles were shown clearly, emphasised Hauer. Moreover, the dimension assistant suggested matching articles and permitted fast spare part identification. A new feature was a project list with whose aid a maintenance history could be created for particular buildings and lifts. Fitters now also had the option of sending photos via the photo service directly from the home page to Hauer of spare parts needed and ordering these.

New products at the trade fair stand

Moreover, at the trade fair stand the visitors could expect article presentations and new products from premium partners such as Gervall and Kuhse IC as well as from longstanding suppliers. Further innovations in the field of rollers, lift shock absorbers and other components from established suppliers and brands rounded off the offer.

"Our committed team, consisting of experts in the fields of technology, purchasing and customer service, looks forward to all stand visitors and individual talks," Petra Leonhardt noted. As the leading world trade fair of the lift sector, the interlift was the ideal platform to present Hauer – the elevator shop to a trade public from across the world. The trade fair stand staff could welcome and advise interested parties from abroad and customers in Germany, English, French and Spanish.
