Lift manufacturer on growth course

Raloe got to work after the interlift 2019: at the beginning of 2020, the manufacturer of complete lifts established a subsidiary for the sales region of the German-speaking countries and Denmark.

Only a year later, the Raloe Germany has reinforced its team and in addition moved its logistics centre to the vicinity of Munich.

At the beginning of the year, the Raloe Deutschland GmbH subsidiary was established in order to be able to process the demands for lifts in this segment. The plan was to remain at least two years at the Ismaning location near Munich.

Yet despite the Corona pandemic, demand has developed so positively that the office space rented quickly proved to be too small, explained Martin Grabmeyer from the Raloe Germany sales team.

Better response speed and more flexibility

Consequently, new rooms were rented – likewise in Ismaning – and the team reinforced in technology and administration. "Expanding our team is the next logical step to strengthen our position on the German market," stressed branch manager Miguel Martín.

Moreover, for the market in the German-speaking countries and Denmark in particular logistics was relocated to the Ismaning location – previously all lifts are assembled at the company headquarters in Valencia in Spain and despatched from there. "We have obtained better response speed and more flexibility while simultaneously optimising costs for our customers in this way," Martín was pleased to note.

The Raloe Germany team is still available after its move at the previous telephone numbers.
