New VP Special Projects at Cedes

Patrick Bass is the new Vice President Special Projects and technical consultant at the Cedes Group. The position has been newly created – the engineer will work in the USA.

Patrick Bass began his career in the lift sector at a home lift company; most recently, he was CEO of ThyssenKrupp North America.

Responsible for IoT tasks

In his role as Global CTO at TK Elevator, he and his team were involved in developing the Cedes APS (absolute positioning system) and other products. As an expert for digital transformation, he will be responsible for IoT tasks and support the company in future technological developments.
