New online service centre for the interlift

Exhibitors at the interlift can now conveniently assemble the services related to their trade fair participation via a new online system.

Technical services, furniture, standard equipment, flooring, cleaning, waste disposal, media technology, personnel and hotel rooms can be booked via the new online service centre. The Rubin Online Service Center shop will replace the previous comprehensive printed service manual for exhibitors.

The services will be presented in detail in the new shop with technical advice, additional information and pictures. interlift exhibitors can put together the services they want in their shopping basket via an individual login they will receive after their registration for the fair and send the orders directly to the trade fair organiser AFAG.

Support for controlling the trade fair budget

Exhibitors can learn about the current status of the services ordered at any time in the system and download current stand maps, hall plans and invoices. Exhibitors themselves can also upload documents, such as wiring sketches. In addition, the system will support exhibitors in controlling their trade fair budget.

The interlift will be the first AFAG event equipped with the new RubinN Online Service Center. In future, all AFAG events will be handled via the new system.

Service offers for exhibitors and visitors expanded

In addition to the shuttle bus lines from Munich airport and main train station in Augsburg, a further connection to the bus station in Munich (near the main train station) will also be set up.

All three lines bring trade fair visitors non-stop directly to the interlift. The timetables will be available online as a download from September at the latest.

Accommodation should be organized on time, for the hotels in and around Augsburg are quickly booked out during the interlift.
