New employee at the VFA

Dipl.-Ing. Anne Zerno has been supporting the VFA standards team at the national level since 1 August.

Thanks to her many years of experience in the lift sector and numerous valuable contacts, she will continue to expand the standardisation work of the VFA to enable the organisation to keep its members up-to-date at all times with regard to standards.

Reinforce the subject area ‘Standards and guidelines’

"We have reinforced the team for our members and look forward to fresh impulses and many new ideas. We want to support the VFA member companies and SMEs as best we can and to do so we intend to further reinforce the subject area ‘Standards and guidelines’." explained Achim Hütter, chairman of the VFA-Interlift e.V.

VFA-Interlift e.V. is an SME industrial association with more than 240 member companies that have a turnover of approximately a billion euros annually. The members manufacture lifts and their components. The VFA sponsors the world’s biggest lift trade fair, the interlift in Augsburg. The association provides further education in seminars and conferences through the VFA Academy. It is actively involved in German, European and international legislation and standardisation.
