Mourning Len Maple

Len Maple has passed away. Len was a former president of BLA (British Lift Association), one of the predecessor organizations of LEIA, the UK trade association and advisory body for the lift and escalator industry.

Len, along with his wife Veronica, built up the Service Lift Co Ltd., which was a well-known lift company trading mainly in the UK.

Len was made president of the BLA in 1991 and represented them at many international events and exhibitions.
