Mainteny, a software company for the lift sector, has now received start-up financing amounting to 2.7 million euros.
The investor round was led by Cusp Capital together with Smart Infrastructure Ventures, Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company, Antler and the founders of ProGlove.
Mainteny intends to further develop its product with this funding and above all expand in the German-speaking countries. In addition to the previous eight full-time employees, 15 new employees are to be appointed this year, above all for product development and distribution.
According to the company, Mainteny intends to help small and medium-sized maintenance companies with its ‘all-in-one solution' to improve their service quality and boost their turnover.
The company was established by a team of former Thyssenkrupp employees. "The many small and medium-sized firms are the backbone of the entire technical infrastructure but are drastically under-supplied with regard to their specific software requirements," note Mainteny founder and CEO Tom Chenna.
