For the second time in a row, Kone has been honoured by Forbes Business Magazine as one of the best employers in the world.
The company took place 105 in the "Forbes 2018 Global 2000: World's Best Employers List". According to the company, one of the central building blocks of personnel development in Germany is the Kone Academy.
The training centre in Hanover provides access to a multitude of lifts, escalators and automatic doors from various manufacturers. It is used annually by about 7,000 employees, architects, specialist planners and customers.
The "2018 World's Best Employers List" is based on an analysis of over 430,000 personal recommendations. Employees evaluate their employer and the probability that they would recommend the latter to a friend or relative. Those surveyed are also asked to recommend other companies they appreciate as employer.
