First “notified body” for Machine Directive
TÜV Süd has been recognised and listed as the worldwide first notified body on the European NANDO website for the new Machine Regulation.

After working for ThyssenKrupp and LiftEquip for 35 years, Volker Lenzner will leave the company at the end of August 2019.
He will accompany LiftEquip to the interlift in order to say farewell to those he has worked with, but also in order to present his successor.
“Volker Lenzner was the face of LiftEquip for 16 years. His expertise and work in the associations was greatly appreciated in the company,” explained Patrick Schoch, managing director of LiftEquip.
He thanked Volker Lenzner in the name of the company for his work and devotion in the years past, “The gap he leaves will at first be hard to fill, but I hope we will gradually be able to compensate for it.”
LiftEquip is currently looking for a successor and will make an announcement soon.
