After TÜV Nord Cert. decided to discontinue the certification of safety components for passenger elevators with effect from 31 December 2024, P+S Polyurethan Elastomere GmbH & Co. KG was forced to search for a new certification partner.
In order to offer our customers a high degree of planning security, we decided early on for TÜV Süd as our new partner and successfully passed a completely new type examination of the entire D-series in autumn 2022," explained Daniel Semprecht, Sales Director at P+S.
The convincing load ranges, as well as the general technical performance, up to the unrestricted usability, "are a guarantee for maximum reliability in many elevator systems," according to the company. As a result, the products of the series could be used in many regions of the world – even in tropical climates.
"The large number of certificates in a wide variety of markets confirms the success of this series and encourages us to continue developing within this product segment," revealed Steffen Kemp, responsible project engineer at P+S.
Production in Germany occurred in compliance with DIN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001.
