Wittur: Live demo in the Cube at Interlift 2017

Wittur Group is one of the key exhibitors at the 13th Interlift (17 to 20 October, Messe Augsburg) in its dedicated pavilion, the Wittur Cube.

Two years after the Sematic acquisition, this year’s Interlift will be the privileged stage to showcase how the integration between two powerhouses in the world of elevator components is now successfully completed. The complete new integrated range of elevator doors will be on display, including Selcom and Sematic top technical solutions.

Door drives with digital interfaces

Innovation will be another highlight topic. Digitization, Internet of Things, Augmented Reality, Cloud Connectivity are entering fast into the elevator.

Wittur already supplies door drives with digital interfaces to provide data that can be used by installation and service companies to develop predictive and preventive maintenance systems. A dedicated corner within the Wittur Cube will present a live demo of the use of digital data coming from lift doors.

Another corner is dedicated to ready-to-install modernization kits, supplied with all the customized interface components needed for a fast replacement.

New generation of compact machines

A gearless drives area will include the new generation of Wittur compact machines for machine-roomless applications: WSG-SF, WSG-MF and WSG-LF; the innovative WGG29, a patented split housing gearless for the modernization of high rise lifts; the new F-Pack, a combination of a Wittur lift machine and a customized inverter that guarantees easy installation and perfect energy optimization.

Safety gears will also have a dedicated area with the new GLSG-22U, an innovative electromechanically activated safety gear, compliant with the requirements of EN 81-20/50:2014.

The company’s engineering capabilities will take centre stage too; a complete system featuring Wittur/Sematic best components and solutions will be installed right in the middle of the Cube.

Talent attraction

A dedicated space will be dedicated to talent attraction, a key factor for Wittur to remaining an innovative and competitive company. Wittur’s HR representatives will be at the exhibition to meet potential candidates that will have the chance to discover first-hand insights about Wittur.
