Wittur has announced the appointment of Christian Klümper, as the company’s new Chief People Officer, effective January 1, 2025.

Wittur has announced the appointment of Christian Klümper, as the company’s new Chief People Officer, effective January 1, 2025.
With over 16 years of leadership experience in human resources, Christian brings expertise in the manufacturing and technology sectors, as well as an understanding of private-equity-backed companies. "His proven track record in driving transformative HR strategies and creating high-performance cultures will be invaluable as he leads Wittur's HR initiatives", the company said.
Christian Klümper (54) studied Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources. He joins Wittur from Syntegon Technologies, where he most recently served as Vice President of HR. In this role, he spearheaded global HR transformations, including the digitalisation and standardisation of HR processes, the modernisation of IT systems, and the implementation of innovative compensation strategies.
Prior to Syntegon, Christian was Vice President of HR at Rodenstock, reporting directly to the CEO. During his time at Rodenstock, Christian was in implementing a global job grading system, talent development and leadership programs and advancing HR professionalisation through digitalisation and cultural change initiatives.
