Light grid with simplified electrical connection

A light grid is frequently mounted or installed retrospectively when using a conversion package for the replacement of a door drive from Langer & Laumann (L&L).

A Cedes light grid with components for simplified electrical connection is now available with immediate effect from L&L along with the door drive conversion package.

The light grid provides a flexible solution for static and dynamic applications and is suitable for both centrally as well as laterally-opening doors. As a result, it can be adapted to various types of lift. Reliable coverage is guaranteed by the use of cross-beams. To guarantee safety, these beams remain active until the doors have completely closed.

Eliminated time and cost-intensive wiring

"Mounting the light grid could not be easier thanks to the mounting kit, which saves time and costs," explained Langer & Laumann. To make the electrical connection as simple as possible, the TSG connection set "L&L Light Curtain Lift Kit" can be used.

The light grid can be connected directly and plug-in ready to the TSG Elektronik module with this kit. The power supply and analysis of the light grid is provided by TSG Elektronik. This eliminated time and cost-intensive wiring in the lift controller, emphasised Langer & Laumann.
