An investor solution has been achieved for SLC Sautter Lift Components GmbH & Co. KG, according to the insolvency administrator, Dr Matthias Lehr of Pluta Rechtsanwalts GmbH.
Acquisition of the business operations occurred as part of a transferred re-organisation by the newly established Sautter Lift Components GmbH with effect on 1 July 2018.
Alexandra Sautter, who was previously responsible for personnel and law, will become the managing director and main shareholder of the new company. Long-standing employees of the company acquired 25 percent of the shares.
The responsible parties have now signed the corresponding purchase agreement. Confidentiality has been agreed on the purchase price. The new company has taken on 20 employees. Five employees had to be dismissed while ten resigned voluntarily to seek a new orientation.
The company, based in Kornwestheim, produces mechanical and electrical components for lifts. Insolvency had to be declared on account of liquidity difficulties in February. "I would like to thank all of the parties involved for cooperating so well and their great commitment," declared the former managing director and new technical director, Klaus Sautter.
