First “notified body” for Machine Directive
TÜV Süd has been recognised and listed as the worldwide first notified body on the European NANDO website for the new Machine Regulation.
November 2017
Elfin GmbH, which provides development services for networking electronic components, has been offering its own products for two years as well in the form of the flexyPage displays.
At the interlift 2017 Elfin presented various models of the new flexyPage touch displays - among other things, the newly developed web application flexyPage Campaign for screening advertising in lifts and new display models in panorama format.
Moreover, apart from continuous product demonstrations, there have been also live demonstrations of the flexyPage Editor during which the visitors were able to see how flexibly individual screen designs can be transferred to flexyPage displays and configured in real time.
The trend in touch screens in lifts is increasingly towards entertainment. The flexyPage displays can be used for surveys for statistical evaluations or quizzes. Live streaming of TV programmes is possible too.
flexyPage displays support entering destination calls. In addition, easy access control by PIN entry is possible.
Elfin will be highlighting the flexyPage Campaign application at its stand with which advertising campaigns can be created, administered and rolled out on groups of lift displays. A special feature is the presentation of advertising in relation to the lift’s operating status.
The new flexyPage touch displays of the DM line possess a modern 16:9 format and can be used both for rear installation as well as for front installation. Thanks to the low installation depth, the displays have minimal space requirements.
The flexyPage CEF line displays are the ideal solution for fast optical and technical upgrading of a lift. The touch monitors are suitable for front installation or installation in a wall box.
