The Upper Austrian lift technology manufacturer Ascendor will generate turnover of over 20 million euros for the first time in its 2026 anniversary year. The company was established 20 years ago by Dr Josef Priglinger.
Today it employs over 100 staff and produces more than 1,600 lifts annually. About 90 percent of the products are exported and marketed worldwide via a network of 220 international specialist trade partners.
"We have grown continuously in recent years and have succeeded in boosting our turnover on average by about ten percent annually. The fact that we’ve managed to get to twenty million euros for the first time in our twentieth year of existence is a special milestone for us,"
Maximilian Priglinger, the company’s owner and managing partner noted. In future, Ascendor intends to continue to rely on "organic growth, internal product development and production in Austria". In addition, the product portfolio is to be expanded by a new home lift in the anniversary year.
