Raloe: New After-Sales Manager
Abdu Suleman has been responsible for the Customer Service / After-Sales Support department at Raloe Germany since 1 December 2022.
After completing his training as electrician for energy and building technology (HWK), he gathered further practical experience as a service technician for an SME lift company with several branches. He then worked for several years at Wittur / LM Liftmaterial in the after-sales department.
"Customer satisfaction is the basis for good cooperation and growth. Therefore, for me customer service is the main key for reaching this goal," Suleman emphasised.
