Lödige buys B&B Aufzugbau
Lödige Industries has taken over B&B Aufzugbau GmbH & Co KG in Berlin in order to expand the services it offers in the Berlin/Brandenburg metropolitan region.
B&B Aufzugbau, founded in 1973 in Reinickendorf, will now become part of Lödige Industries. "Acquisition of B&B Aufzugbau fits into our strategy aimed at being able to look after our customers on the spot even faster and more efficiently, further improving our service quality and being able to supervise future projects locally from the start," according to Renate Junker, who is responsible as managing director for the service sector in Germany at Lödige Industries.
After the takeover, the service location now looks after over 400 lifts, including car and goods lifts as well as lifting platforms of all sizes. Lödige is planning to continue to grow in the region.
Sales team is going to be expanded
Automatic parking systems and car lifts are above all to be an important element in future new buildings and existing building renovations in the capital. For example, Lödige is currently modernising one of the biggest automatic parking systems in Berlin. The company is currently also continuing to expand its sales team in Berlin in this connection.
Lödige Industries is one of the twenty biggest providers of conveyance technology solutions worldwide with over 1,000 employees at 25 international locations.
