Gustav Wolf: new management team

Henning Seffers recently became the worldwide chief sales officer (CSO) at Gustav Wolf GmbH in Gütersloh (Germany).

The 43-year old business graduate had previously been CEO for ten years of Strothmann Machines & Handling GmbH, a company in the Siempelkamp Group, which provides system solutions for transport and handling.

Seffers intends to concentrate on orienting the organisation to customer needs at the subcontractor for the global lift sector, based in Gütersloh. "My goal is to position Gustav Wolf as a technology and development partner for the lift industry and expand our technological leadership in the wire and rope segments," Seffers disclosed.

Fund GOF III

The fund GOF III managed by CMP Capital Management-Partners (CMP) acquired 100 percent of the shares in Gustav Wolf GmbH from the previous proprietor family Wolf at the end of 2021.

The new management consists of Jens Waldau (CEO) and Dr Konrad Stahr (CTO) together with Henning Seffers. Dr Ernst Wolf, the previous managing partner of Gustav Wolf GmbH, will continue to be available to the company as member of the advisory board.
