The southern German company Strukturmetall, which is also active in the lift industry, will cease business activities on 30 April 2024.
The company, which is over 30 years old, specialises in the production of pattern-rolled and patterned stainless steel sheets and stainless-steel handrails.
According to the official press release, the changing economic development and the reduced demand for the products have prompted the parent company MCB International decided to discontinue the activities of SM Strukturmetall.
The contacts, agreements and services will remain unchanged until 30 April 2024: "After that, the activities of SM Strukturmetall will be discontinued."
