Aumüller Aumatic GmbH: New top management around Ramona Meinzer

The previous chair of the managing board of Aumüller Aumatic GmbH, Ramona Meinzer, assumed sole management of the company in Thierhaupten on 1 October 2021.

According to Aumüller Aumatic, the second managing director, Florian Aumüller, had withdrawn by mutual agreement. At the same time, three new authorised signatories will provide additional security and continuity in the company: Norbert Holzhammer (head of sales), Alexander Birner (head of product management) and Jürgen Sattich (head of production).

In addition, Aumüller Aumatic GmbH has revised its mission statement. "Based on the values of responsibility, welfare, speed, flexibility, sustainability, courage and reliability, Aumüller intends to continue to grow sustainably and profitably, relying on close relations with customers as partners," as stated in the company press release.
